Southampton:
Nammos Estiatorio, located at 136 Main Street, Southampton. Chef Emmanouil Aslanoglou brings his expertise to the Greek and Mediterranean restaurant specializing in charcoal grille whole-fish entrees. Nammos Estiatoria also serve as an exclusive lounge on the weekends.
Bridgehampton:
Osteria Salinaat 95 School Street brings authentic Sicilian cuisine with a Salinian slant to Bridgehampton. Named after Salina, an Aeolian Island off the coast of Sicily chef Cinzia Gaglio, comes with a long family history dating back over 100 years in Sora, Italy. Osteria Salina opened last summer
Sag Harbor:
Pepalajefa at 7 Main Street has a classic European-inspired foods with international zest to the Hamptons. Owner Livia Hegner derived the vision for her menu from a lifetime of travel and family-inspired recipes. Pepalajefa introduced customers to a European approach to cuisine with new flavor combinations, preparations and seasonings.
The Bell & Anchor at 3253 Noyac Road. The Bell & Anchor is the latest venture by The Beacon co-owners restaurateur David Loewenberg and executive chef Sam McCleland. This new year-round seafood restaurant with a New American spirit was opened last May.
East Hampton:
The Hamptons Players Club at 103 Montauk Highway a polo/equestrian themed restaurant. The restaurant features a modern American menu by Chef Hector Diaz with specialties from the wood burning oven.
East Hampton also has two new BBQ restaurants, Smokin' Wolf BBQ & More at 221 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, and The Millers' BBQ at 283 Pantigo Rd, East Hampton . Both offers a variety of BBQ, sandwiches and side dishes.
Meatpacking District's current brunch hotspot Beaumarchais at 44 Three Mile Harbor Road, East Hampton brought a taste of the French Riviera last summer. Beaumarchais opened for dinner and brunch in 2012. Saturdays and Sundays they offer their famous champagne "Beau Brunch" with live international DJ's from 2 to 6 p.m.
Andrra's at 39 Gann Road, East Hampton (631-329-3663) views of Three Mile Harbor from both the main dining room and lounge area is the perfect place to grab dinner and watch the sunset. Executive Chef Sami Krasniqi brings the Mediterranean seafood and chops concept to the recently renovated harbor- side location. Andrra's lounge with nightlife entertainment is also open from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Montauk:
Bavarian bar and restaurant Zum Schneider at 4 South Elmwood Ave, Montauk opened a Montauk location on May 27, 2012. Zum Schneider is opened year round and feature a beer menu very similar to the one from the city
